Bulgarian TV, Radio Broadcasters on Air Abroad Soon

Eight Bulgarian TV and radio broadcasters will be accessible to Bulgarians living abroad under a project to be launched October 1 this year.
The project "Bulgarian TV for Bulgarians Abroad" will be carried out jointly by DTH Bulgaria and Interactive technologies and includes four TV channels, DTH Bulgaria Managing Director Martin Zahariev announced at the First International Bulgarian Media Meeting organized by the Bulgarian News Agency in Sofia
National private TV channels bTV and Nova TV will feature with three eight-hour monolith blocks that will alternate in a period of twenty-four hours. TV Bulgaria Satellite Channel, which is produced by state-owned national TV broadcaster BNT and now covers the whole territory of Europe, most of Ukraine, the European parts of Russia, Western Asia, Northern Africa and Northern America, is also included in the project with its full 18-hour programme scheme and 6-hour archive. A music TV channel will be the fourth figuring in the package.
Darik, Retro, Gong and Signal + are the four radio broadcasters included in the package with their full 24-hour programme.
Programmes will be accessible via smart-cards, to be supplied and marketed by DTH. |
