Sheikh to Build Skyscraper in Sofia Sofia will soon boast a tower just like one of the twin towers in Dubai. The skyscraper will be built by Saudi Arabia's Prince Faisal Bin Al Meshaal bin Saud bin Abdul-Aziz. The Prince and HE Sheikh Tariq Bin Faisal Al Qassimi will pay an official visit to Bulgaria on February 18-20 at the Invitation of Prime Minister Sergey Stanishev, said Deputy Foreign Minister Milen Keremedchiev. The two are partners in the Emirates Investment Group - an investment management company with interests in real estate development and the financial sector. Experts say Sheikh Tariq and Prince Faisal have decided to invest about US $300 million in the mega-structure. Apart from the tower in Sofia, the two also plan to invest in projects at the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
