ZARA Enters Bulgaria with Inditex Group Stores in Grand Mall Varna

Four would-famous fashion brands of the Spanish company Inditex Group including ZARA are entering the Bulgarian market with brand stores in Grand Mall Varna.
The news was announced by Orchid Developments Group Ltd, which is constructing Grand Mall Varna.
The other three brands with which Inditex Group will enter the Bulgarian market are Bershka, Pull and Bear, and Stradivarius. The four stores rented by Inditex have a total area of 3 200 square meters.
"The fact that renown brands like Inditex Group and Carrefour have chosen Grand Mall Varna for their stores is a great achievement for our project. These contracts are the expression of the foreign investors' confidence in the Bulgarian market", the Grand Mall Varna consultant Eli Egossy stated.
Grand Mall Varna will have a total commercial area for lease of 52 000 square meters, and a parking lot with 1 700 parking spaces. It was designed by Orchid Developments Group Ltd and will be open in 2010.
Representatives of the project's exclusive consultant on leasing commercial space, Colliers International, announced that 60% of the stores in Grand Mall Varna had already been rented.
Except for Inditex's ZARA, the more famous brands with stores in the future Grand Mall Varna include Carrefour, Arena, Technomarket, Mango, Intersport, Douglas, Senza, Guess, Playlife, Tom Tailor, Bata, Adidas, Terranova, Calliope.
